Studying the effects of hypoglycemia on me because im a scientist and need to know but so far im dizzy, nauseous, and hungry, also feelin kinda weak/fatigued

Your blood sugar has dropped. When that happens, you need to eat something that will convert to sugar rather quickly. That means you can eat something with a natural starch (bread usually tides me over until i can find something better) but fruits with natural sugar work the best and should be eaten as a snack or alongside a meal. Protein will also help you feel better (eggs, nuts, etc.) Hypoglocemia means that instead of eating three full meals a day, you’re going to have to eat smaller amounts multiple times. (I end up having to eat about five times a day).
